offerings
Practicing meditation, mindfulness, and yoga have transformed my life. This inspired me to pursue formal training, to equip me with the skills to offer these gifts to others. I completed certification as a 200-hour Kripalu yoga teacher in 2015, and acquired a 50-hour specialization in restorative yoga in 2016. As a meditation teacher, I draw from a variety of meditation styles, including mindful awareness, self-compassion, loving-kindness, vipassana, visualization, and chakra activation.
Not every style of yoga and meditation is right for everyone, so I take great care to tailor my offerings to each individual and their goals.
